Q: What did you study in college?

A: Business

Q: What year did you start playing lacrosse?

A: I started playing in 3rd grade.

Q: How were you introduced to lacrosse?

A: My pee-wee football coach Tom Behrens got me into it because he said I could hit people like in football.

Q: What has been your favorite part of playing professional lacrosse?

A: The amount of talent is unreal and traveling all over the country is awesome.

Q: What led you to play in the PLL rather than the MLL?

A: I wanted to play against the best in the world.

Q: What is your favorite lacrosse memory?

A: Beating Merrimack in lacrosse my senior season in overtime. Merrimack was ranked #1 in the nation going into the game.

Q: Tell us about your experience of playing college football and lacrosse?

A: It was very difficult at first but I have always been the type of guy that was up for the challenge. It was hard juggling both sports because I didn't want to be okay in both I wanted to be great, so I gave it everything I had.

Q: What is some advice you would give to a kid aspiring to play professional lacrosse?

A: It doesn't matter what school you play at, if you work hard and set a goal to where you want to be and work at it you can do whatever you want.

Q: What’s it like playing for the legendary coach Dom Starsia (Former UVA Lacrosse Coach who played at Brown University)?

A: It's amazing, he's a great coach and an even better person. I am extremely happy he drafted me.

Q: What is the hardest part about being a faceoff player?

A: The hardest part is probably knowing that all eyes are on you each and every faceoff.

Q: Which weekend of the PLL are you most excited about?

A: I’m most excited about the weekend in Denver, Colorado. I’ve never been there before and I hope I get to see what the city is like.

Q: What do you want to accomplish in your lacrosse career?

A: I want to be known as one of the best when it’s all said and done.

Q: What do your post lacrosse career plans consist of?

A: I want my life to consist of having a great job, healthy family, and teaching my kids how to be units on both the football and lacrosse field.

Q: Tell us about the long hair?

A: I always wanted to look like Clay Mathews (Linebacker for the LA Rams) during football season so I grew it out the senior season in high school and I haven't looked back since. I love it. It is part of my personality now everyone knows me because of it.

Q: What do the first 90 min of the day look like for you?

A: I wake up to go have some breakfast, usually about 3–4 bowls of frosted flakes, shower, and brush my teeth. Then I’m ready to attack the day.

Q: Celebrity crush?

A: Alex Morgan (U.S. Women’s Soccer Player).

Q: What is your favorite thing to do in your free time?

A: Definitely play video games. My favorite game to play is Madden.

Q: What would your mom think if she went through your music playlist?

A: She would love it I usually listen to classic rock. My favorite artists are The Rolling Stones and Lynyrd Skynyrd.
